Clinical Training
I have various experiences as a clinical supervisor and training coordinator/program director. I am currently the Internship Training Director at San Jose State University's Counseling and Psychological Services and have been the Coordinator for Peer Support Initiatives at University of Michigan's Counseling and Psychological Services. I have provided individual and group clinical supervision as well as various seminars/trainings to several doctoral interns, social work interns, and post-doctoral residents over the years. Trainings I have provided include conducting triage, intake assessments, and crisis counseling, how to treat perfectionism, how to work with international students, counselor self-care and radical healing, and how to conduct clinical supervision. I am not conducting further clinical supervision at this time however am strongly interested in curriculum development and passionate about training health care professionals and graduate students on various topics. Please contact me for further information and if you are interested in services on how to train clinical/counseling doctoral students.
